INGREDIENTS Low-fat yoghurt –3/4 bowl Apple – 3 tbsp chopped Papaya – 3 tbsp. chopped Banana – 2 tbsp chopped Walnuts -1tsp. [crushed] Strawberry/blueberry crush – 1 tsp.
METHOD – Layer 1/3 cup of low-fat yoghurt into the bottom of a tall glass. Put a layer of chopped apple, banana, papaya alternately with yoghurt until glasses are filled to the top. Add crushed walnut on top & pour 1 tsp strawberry or blueberry crush. Serve immediately to relish the yummy taste.
