Ingredients 500 gms. fresh green peas (shelled peas) 1 cup milk (150ml.) Chopped parsley to taste 1 tsp semolina ( rawa) Few leaves of lettuce 1 sprig mint (pudina) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) % tsp mustard seeds (rai) 1 tsp butter or ghee 4 cups water (600ml.) Salt and sugar to taste Method Boil the green peas. Mash the green peas well (keep half a cup aside ) and add water. In a pan heat 1 tsp ghee and add mustard and cumin seeds. Add the chopped lettuce and semolina. Stir. Add peas, sugar and salt. Let it boil for 10 minutes. * Just before serving add the milk, parsley and chopped mint. Serve hot.
