What is the Gyan mudra
Gyan mudra is one of the most practiced and easiest forms of hasta mudras. The Gyan mudra is also known as the mudra of knowledge. In sanskirit, Gyan means wisdom and knowledge. it is also called as the seal of knowledge
How to do the gyan mudra
First, place a mat on the floor and sit on the matt folding both the legs and then close your eyes and take deep breaths.
Once you get your breath in normal rhythm
Then gently touch the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb and face of the palm should outward and other three fingers should be kept straight close your eyes and meditate observe your breath and take deep breathe once you start to concentrate on your breathe feel the air around you This will help you to stay more focused
