SPINACH & FENUGREEK SOUP
Ingredients:
1 bunch of Spinach (palak)
Few Fenugreek leaves to taste (methi)
1 tomato
1/2 boiled potato
2 tsp lime juice
4 cups water (600ml.)
Jaggery to taste
Salt to taste
Method
Clean and wash the palak, methi and tomato.
Boil till tender
Add boiled potato and liquidize.
Add jaggery and lime juice.
Serve hot.
