TOSSED SALAD WITH SPROUTS
Ingredients
50gms. moong sprouts
2 Tbsp. groundnuts / (Soak for 5-6 hours, drain
and sprout for 2 days)
1 tsp. fenugreek seeds. (methi)
1 carrot (small)
1 beetroot (small)
50 gms. cottage cheese (paneer)
1 cup mixed fresh fruit (seasonal) chopped
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. jaggery
Method
Steam the sprouts for 2 minute
Immerse carrot and beetroot in boiling water for
5 minutes.
Peel the beetroot and chop along with the carrot,
mix with the sprouts, add chopped fruits and
crumbled cottage cheese
Add lime juice and jaggery.
Toss well and serve.
